ShopSK.com is a premier online liquor store that caters to a wide range of customer preferences. Whether customers prefer delivery, shipping, or in-store pickup, ShopSK.com offers a seamless experience. The store boasts a diverse selection of imported and domestic brands, from high-end liquors and limited-edition finds to more accessible options, all at unbeatable price points.

Customer demand

ShopSK.com initially operated on a WooCommerce platform but faced limitations in scalability, user experience, and sales performance. The client sought to enhance their e-commerce capabilities to better serve their customers and drive significant growth in sales.

Strategy

To achieve these goals, we conducted user interviews, followed by a card sort and a tree test. We proposed migrating ShopSK.com from WooCommerce to a new, more robust website on Shopify. The Shopify platform was chosen for its scalability, ease of use, and extensive features tailored to e-commerce businesses. Our approach included:


  • Enhanced User Experience:
    • Designed a user flow to navigate the users from landing pages directly to checkout with fewer clicks. Organized, optimized, and tagged all products to be used for filters and all sales channels such as Google Ads.
    • Refined the website’s user interface to make it even more intuitive and engaging.
    • Improved site navigation and search functionality to help customers easily find their desired products.
