Med Spas & Aesthetic Clinics · Website + Local SEO
Med Spa Web Design & Local SEO
Websites and local SEO for medical spas and aesthetic clinics: a fast, elegant site with a page for every treatment, online booking, consented before-and-after galleries, licensed providers front and center, and a Google Business Profile that wins “near me” searches. Based in Los Angeles, working with med spas across the US.
- A page per treatment
- Online booking
- Licensed providers shown
- HIPAA-aware forms
The problem
Why med spa websites lose bookings
Clients compare med spas on Google Maps and Instagram, then check the website for three things: the treatment they want, who will do it, and how to book. If the site is slow, buries the booking button or doesn’t name its licensed providers, they book somewhere else.
Treatments like injectables and laser are medical procedures, so trust matters more than in most industries. A site that shows the medical director, provider credentials, honest results and clear pricing earns more bookings than one with stock photos and vague promises.

Before: the business isn’t in the top three. Most searchers never tap “More places”.
What moved it into the top three:
- Primary category set to “Medical spa”
- Each treatment listed as a service, with prices where you can
- Licensed providers named on the profile and website
- Recent reviews that mention treatments, with replies

Answers
Med Spa Web Design FAQs
What should a med spa website include?
A page for each treatment (what it is, who it’s for, downtime, price range), online booking on every page, the names and licenses of your providers and medical director, real before-and-after photos used with patient consent, reviews, and your hours and location matching your Google Business Profile.
Can you connect our booking software?
Usually, yes. Most med spa booking platforms offer a booking link or embed. Tell us what you use and we’ll confirm before you commit.
Are before-and-after photos allowed?
Yes, with the patient’s written consent, using unretouched photos taken in similar lighting, and with a note that results vary. Your medical director or attorney should approve the wording; this isn’t legal advice.
Is the website HIPAA compliant?
Website pages aren’t covered by HIPAA, but forms that collect health information are. We use form and booking providers that sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and keep ad pixels off intake and booking pages.
Can you help us rank for “botox near me” or “med spa near me”?
We work on what you control: your Business Profile category and services, reviews, photos, a strong page for each treatment and location, and consistent listings. Google ranks local results by relevance, distance and prominence, so no one can honestly guarantee a position.
Do you only work in Los Angeles?
No. We’re based in Los Angeles and work remotely with med spas across the United States.
